    I’m wanting to really start doing back testing properly, Does anyone have any suggestions for software or anything to use?

    I was thinking about buying http://www.forextester.com/ … or if any one has any other suggestions, that would be good.

    Hi lewis,

    Yes! Forextester is very good. I’m no ‘power user’ when it comes to programming etc. but this package will really help with your backtesting (I think the one I got was ForexTester version 2).

    This is the post I tried to make the other day, but it didnt appear on the forum? I’m guessing thats it working again.

    Ok, I am going to get it. Its not too expensive as well, and lets you do manual trading with the historical data which is what i was wanting to be able to do.
