Chart trouble

Hi, I’m pretty much a newbie at this, but have dabbled previously without much success.

As a result of my dabbling, I have an existing MT4 account with FXCM, so I thought I would use that (it also has a modest cash balance).

Assuming that the actual platform is the same as the course recommended, does anyone know how to display the time/date along the bottom of the chart, also there is no price on the right of the chart.

I have the Data Window, but that doesn’t help much when trying to draw my MOR rectangle, I’ve had a search through the help section, but to no avail.

Hi Andy, first thing to check… if you right click on the chart and the select properties can you make sure your chart background and foreground colours are different. If they’re the same you won’t be able to see the label text against each axis. I’ve attached a screengrab of what mine looks like.

Can you let me know if that helps resolve it?
