I think Dave’s right in that it’s not a classic crossover switch into an up-move. But…
As it came to a close it looks like the short red candle (just) printed a MA crossover dip to the downside (blue crossing over red). And the close of the next green candle recorded the MA crossing back to the upside.
It’s more an example of a continuation trade, but going strictly by MA position alone a breakout above the long green candle after your drawn arrow was the signal bar.
